  2. the thing here is that windows takes so much time on the windows boot logo and i think it might be related to the conversion i made from mbr to bios, i dont even remember if i did a fresh ionstal when i changed to a AMD MB, i had a i5-3000 now i have a R9-3900x … i guess it just worked…

  3. Thanks so much for that information but unfortunately it didn't let me choose the option by which I can keep the programs and data and proceed with reinstallation. Could you please help me with this?
    I am hopeless now😔

  4. What next? Although your solution seems totally logical and went almost exactly as you described, after hours of cranking away, the installation quit with the simple message "Windows Installation Failed". I turned off any and all background programs or services that I found in the task manager which might interfere (i.e. like "smartdefrag" or malware detectors) and repeated the installation and again, it failed. My problem is that Windows refuses to recognize any network communication device as well as any sound device. Additionally, there are no restore points to be found. I have an image drive of the original installation, but not sure how to access it. I am trying your method from a thumb drive. All my data is backed up, but sure don't want to lose the software.

  5. Hi friend, I do have lost access to my windows startmenu, i try everythings and no error anywhere just crazy staff happening after changing my grapgic card and my pross. But anyway, all my steam games and most of app is on other drive than C, so if I do completet new install it will not format all my other drive ? Or if you have a idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance

  6. my window's version is already 1903.but i cant play any games. When i downloaded and installed a game, there was a problem that's this game's .exe file is not working. Should i reinstall it.

  7. I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10, and it can't connect to internet ever since (secured, no internet). I've tried every methods I could find to fix it, to no avail, so I'm thinking maybe trying repair install.

And it needs internet connection. Fuck me, I'm dumb. I should've never upgraded to windows 10

  8. Dear Brian, may I kindly ask you the following : I recently did a debloating script following some recommendations from Chris Titus channel and afterwards I realized the changes were too extreme for my taste. If I follow step by step the refresh way as you describe in your video, am I going to bring the system back to initial windows fresh install setup, or the changes that were done in registry, policies, etc are final and forever till I make one day a complete fresh install?

  9. Excellent video. I am stuck with version 1803 and am trying your refresh. However the Microsoft site now only appears to offer the ISO for version 2004 which I assume will cause the repair to fail?
